The Dell'Angelo Hotel is a completely renovated historic building, located in the centre of the town, in the most important area of Locarno, Piazza Grande, just a few minutes from the station and the lake. The hotel is located in the old quarter near Piazza Grande and built on the place where the former castle entrance used to be. Some parts of the castle can still be recognised and were noticed by Leonardo da Vinci in July 1507 when building the Rivellino of Locarno.
